Xinjiang: People rushed to buy mushroom at a reduced price

Since winter, in Xinjiang Tacheng city ,mushroom is very sell like hot cakes. The price of the mushroom depreciate from 16 CNY per kg down to 5, or 6 CNY.
At liming farmer's market, operators ms Li told us though the mushroom price is lower, but it sales better, almost more than 100 kilograms mushroom are sold every day.  Not only the consumer purchasing power, but also the demand of supermarket, restaurant, is on the rise.
It is understood that the mushroom output increasing is the main reason for the price depreciation. Because the local mushroom was at a high price last year, so farmers expanded the planting scale. Now in the mushroom production season, the mushroom quantity is enough, so the price is the cheapest. And in winter people eat hot pot, soup all like to add the mushroom, thus the mushroom demand is increasing.
