Chinese cuisine: Braised Straw mushrooms with tomato and potato

2 tomatoes
6-8 fresh Straw mushrooms
1 potato
Condiments: oil, cooking wine, soy sauce, chicken powder, salt
Cooking steps:
1.Rinse Straw mushrooms off, then cut in halves.
2.Peel the tomatoes and potato, then respectively dice up and set aside.
3.In a wok, add oil, when hot, drop in diced tomatoes, potato and stir over high heat for 2 minutes, then combine with half a bowl of water, turn to medium heat and maintain the heat for 5 minutes or so till potato dices are soft covering the wok.
4.Let Straw mushrooms join in, season with cooking wine, soy sauce, a pinch of chicken powder, salt and mix well. Serve and enjoy.
