Low-fat diet: Scrambled eggs with Black fungus and celery

Ingredients: 
4 eggs
100g Black fungus 
A stick of celery 
Minced garlic
Condiments: Salt, peanut oil and sesame oil

Cooking method:
1.Break the eggs into a bowl, scatter well and set aside. 
2.Rinse off the celery and coarsely cut into segments.
3.Rinse off Black fungus under running water, then tear into pieces.
4.In a wok, add peanut oil, once hot, pour in egg liquid, when caky, break into chunks and remove from the wok, let sit in a bowl.
5.In a wok again, drizzle with oil, when hot, drop in minced garlic and stir till fragrant, then combine with Black fungus pieces, celery segments and toss about for at least 3 minutes over high heat.
6.Let egg chunks join in, season to taste with a pinch of salt and stir well.
7.If desired, drizzle with sesame oil. Enjoy.
