Ideal combination that fits for your child: Stir-fried Shiitake mushroom with carrot

INGREDIENTS: 
2 carrots
3-5 Shiitake mushrooms
Condiments: Salt, oyster sauce, cornstarch
COOKING STEPS:
1.Steep Shiitake mushrooms in saline water, then rinse off and roughly slice up.
2.In a bowl, add water, a tsp of oyster sauce, cornstarch, whisk well and set aside for use.
3.Peel the carrots and cut into pieces.
4.In a wok, drizzle with oil, once hot, drop in carrot pieces and fry till a little bit soft, then combine with Shiitake mushroom slices and stir for 3-5 minutes over high heat. 
5.Let the previously-prepared sauce join in, go on the heat for another 3 minutes or so. Serve and enjoy.
