Colorful eats: Stir-fried King oyster mushroom with carrot and Black fungus

2 King oyster mushrooms
1 green pepper and carrot
A handful of dried Black fungi
Condiments: Salt, light soy sauce, minced garlic, bruised ginger 
Cooking procedures:
1.Rinse King oyster mushrooms off, cut off the root and then roughly dice up.
2.Go seed of the green pepper and then cut into dices. Peel the carrot, dice up as well.
3.Steep Black fungi in water ahead of time and then tear into pieces.
4.Heat the wok, add oil, when hot, drop in bruised ginger, minced garlic and stir till fragrant. Then drop in King oyster mushroom and carrot dices, and stir till King oyster mushroom dices are soft.
5.Lightly season with light soy sauce, a pinch of salt and mix well with all ingredients.
6.Let green pepper, Black fungus pieces join in, then pour in half bowl of water (soup stock is preferred) and fry till evaporated. Serve and enjoy.
