Easy-to-prepare recipe: Stir-fried Eryngii mushroom with Black fungus and broccoli

1 broccoli
1-2 Eryngii mushrooms
A handful of Black fungi
Half a carrot
Chopped onion and minced garlic
Condiments: Salt, chicken powder, oyster sauce, sugar
Cooking steps: 
1. Soak Black fungi ahead of time, then rinse off under running water to remove the impurities.
2. Cut off the root of broccoli, rinse off the broccoli and then break it into chunks. 
3. Rinse Eryngii mushrooms, tear into pieces and set aside. Peel the carrot and then cut into flower-shape slices.
4. Go blanch of all ingredients, then put aside for use.
5. In a wok, add oil, when hot, drop in chopped onion, minced garlic and stir till fragrant, then put in Eryngii mushroom pieces, broccoli chunks, sliced carrot, Black fungi and stir over high flame.
4. Season to taste with a pinch of salt, sugar, chicken powder and mix well. If you like, drizzle with oyster sauce to enhance the flavor. Serve and enjoy.
