Ingredients:
A pack of Pleurotus geesteranus
A sausage
A green pepper
A handful of chopped onion
Condiments: Oil, salt, chicken powder
Cooking steps:
1.Rinse off Pleurotus geesteranus and then tear into pieces.
2.Go seed of the green pepper, rinse and then roughly slice up.
2.In a wok, add oil, once hot, drop in chopped onion and stir till fragrant, then add sausage slices, Pleurotus geesteranus and frequently stir for at least 3 minutes.
3.Let sliced green pepper join in, maintain the heat for another 2-3 minutes.
4. Lightly adjust the taste with a dash of salt and chicken powder. Remove from the heat. Serve.
