Scrumptious scrambled egg with tomato and Black fungus

Ingredients:
A handful of Black fungi
1 tomato
2-3 eggs
Condiments: Salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, vegetable oil
Cooking steps: 
1. Soak Black fungi ahead of time, rinse and remove the impurities, then tear into small pieces, finally go blanch and keep aside.
2. Rinse the tomato, then roughly dice up.
