Guangdong Zengcha Road Market: Analysis of Mushroom Price

According to mushroom quotation provided by Guangdong Guangzhou Zengcha Road Fruit and Vegetable Wholesale Market, on May 7, Brown Shimeji mushroom and Hericium mushroom are 2 varieties that show price rise.
 
1.Price of Brown Shimeji mushroom has risen from 11 to 11.2 CNY per kg, indicating 2% of increase range.

2.Price of Hericium mushroom has risen from 16 to 18 CNY per kg, indicating 13% of increase range.


On the contrary, by May 7, Black fungus, White beech mushroom, Agrocybe cylindracea, Seafood mushroom and Pleurotus nebrodensis are 5 mushroom varieties that show price fall.

1. Price of Black fungus has dropped from 6.4 to 6 CNY per kg, indicating 6% of decline range.

2. Price of White beech mushroom has dropped from 13 to 10 CNY per kg, indicating 23% of decline range.

3. Price of Agrocybe cylindracea has dropped from 8 to 7.6 CNY per kg, indicating 5% of decline range.

4. Price of Seafood mushroom has dropped from 10.6 to 8 CNY per kg, indicating 25% of decline range.

5. Price of Pleurotus nebrodensis has dropped from 20 to 19 CNY per kg, indicating 5% of decline range.

“Recently, price of mushroom fluctuates in a small range, showing stable quotation in our market. Price of Shiitake mushroom, Enoki mushroom, King oyster mushroom, Drumstick mushroom, Button mushroom, Pleurotus geesteranus, Straw mushroom and Cordyceps militaris is respectively at 16 CNY, 5.5 CNY, 7.6 CNY, 22 CNY, 12 CNY, 15 CNY, 30 CNY and 19 CNY per kg,” introduces manager of Zengcha Road Fruit and Vegetable Wholesale Market warmly.
