Zero-difficulty & Tasty Eats: Bamboo fungus and carrot soup

Ingredients: 
3 Bamboo fungi
1 carrot
750ml homemade soup stock
Ginger slices
Condiments: Salt

Cooking steps: 
1. Soak Bamboo fungi in light saline water ahead of time, rinse, trim off and finally cut into segments.
2. Rinse the carrot, cut into pieces and set aside.
3. In a stockpot, pour in homemade soup stock, drop in all ingredients and stew for at least 15 minutes.
4. Adjust the taste with a pinch of salt and mix well. Serve and enjoy.
