According to mushroom quotation provided by Shandong Jinan Kuangshan Agricultural Products Comprehensive Market, on January 22, Enoki mushroom, King oyster mushroom, White beech mushroom, Brown Shimeji mushroom, Seafood mushroom, Shiitake mushroom, Oyster mushroom, Pleurotus geesteranus and Cordyceps sinensis are 9 mushroom varieties that show price rise.

1. Price of Enoki mushroom has risen from 6.8 to 8.8 CNY per kg, showing 29% of increase range. 

2. Price of King oyster mushroom has risen from 6 to 8.5 CNY per kg, showing 42% of increase range. 

3. Price of White beech mushroom has risen from 16.7 to 19.2 CNY per kg, showing 15% of increase range.

4. Price of Brown Shimeji mushroom has risen from 15.8 to 19.2 CNY per kg, showing 22% of increase range.

5. Price of Seafood mushroom has risen from 10.5 to 15 CNY per kg, showing 43% of increase range.

6. Price of Shiitake mushroom has risen from 10 to 12 CNY per kg, showing 20% of increase range.

7. Price of Oyster mushroom has risen from 2.5 to 5 CNY per kg, showing 100% of increase range.

8. Price of Pleurotus geesteranus has risen from 8 to 10 CNY per kg, showing 25% of increase range.

9. Price of Cordyceps sinensis has risen from 24 to 26 CNY per kg, showing 8% of increase range.


On the contrary, by January, 22, Agrocybe cylindracea and Hericium erinaceus are 2 varieties that show price fall.

1. Price of Agrocybe cylindracea has dropped from 10 to 9.5 CNY per kg, indicating 5% of decline range.

2. Price of Hericium erinaceus has dropped from 24 to 23 CNY per kg, indicating 4% of decline range.
