Warm and light Enoki mushroom and wax gourd soup with shredded ginger

Ingredients:
A quarter of wax gourd
A pack of Enoki mushrooms
A suspicion of shredded ginger
A pinch of salt

Cooking steps:
1. Peel the wax gourd, rinse off and cut into slices.
2. Cut the bottom 2-3 cm off of the Enoki mushrooms, then cut into quarters, break apart the stuck-together stem pieces from each other by hand.
3. In a stockpot filled with water, firstly bring into a boil, then drop in wax gourd slices, shredded ginger and cook for 5 minutes or so, then let Enoki mushrooms join in, lower to soft flame and maintain for 3 minutes.
4. Adjust the taste with a pinch of salt. Serve.
