Henan: 70% Shiitake mushrooms in Japanese market come from Xixia county in China

At present, Henan entry and exit inspection and quarantine bureau publishes Henan export situation of food and agricultural products in 2014, which reached 2.93 billion USD, up 12.7% year on year. Main export countries and regions: ASEAN, Hong Kong, China, Japan, South Korea, the United States. It is worth mentioning that the export volume of Xixia Shiitake mushrooms and products reached 46 thousand tons in 2014, up 36.6% year on year. At the same time, 70% Shiitake mushrooms in Japanese market come from Xixia, which become the world famous agricultural products.
According to know that Xixia is the famous county of Shiitake production in China. Since 2014, Xixia gave full play to the edible fungus characteristic resource advantage, actively promoted the quality safety demonstration area building  about import and export food and agricultural, supported mushroom export enterprises, accelerated mushroom deep processing industry transformation and upgrading, increased the export of the Xixia mushroom of rapid growth.
