Light recipe: Bamboo fungus and cucumber soup

Ingredients:
1 cucumber
A handful of dried Bamboo fungi
A pinch of salt

Cooking steps:
1. Soak Bamboo fungi in warm water, then trim and rinse off.
2. Peel the cucumber and thinly cut into segments.
3. In a wok filled with boiling water, drop in Bamboo fungi, after bringing into a boil, lower to soft flame and simmer for 25 minutes. Then combine with cucumber segments, maintain the heat for another 5-7 minutes.
4. Before serving, lightly season to taste with a dash of salt.
