Cough reliever: Braised Seafood mushrooms with soybean

Ingredients:
A pack of Seafood mushrooms
80g soybeans
A suspicion of chopped shallot and bruised ginger
Condiments: Oil, light soy sauce, salt
Condiments:
1. Soak soybeans ahead of time till soft, rinse off and set aside in a bowl.
2. Remove the root of Seafood mushrooms, tear mushrooms into individuals and rinse.
3. In a hot wok, drizzle it with half a spoonful of oil, then drop in chopped shallot, bruised ginger and frequently toss till fragrant, then combine with Seafood mushrooms and stir till soft, blend with soybeans, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, 2 spoonfuls of light soy sauce and mix evenly.
4. Pour in half bowl of water, cover the wok and simmer for 3-5 minutes till evaporated.
