Ingredients:
1 cluster of Maitake
100g asparagus
Condiments: Oil and salt
Directions:
1. Slightly rinse Maitake mushroom under running water, then drain off excess moisture and tear into pieces. Cut asparagus into segments.
2. In a wok, add a drizzle of olive oil, when hot, add asparagus segments, Maitake mushroom pieces and toss about for several minutes over medium and high flame.
3. Season to taste with a dash of salt. Serve.
