Plain and vegetarian diet: Sauteed Shiitake mushroom with chestnuts

Ingredients: 
A red and green pepper
300g chestnuts
200g Shiitake mushrooms
Condiments: Salt, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce

Directions:
1. Peel the chestnuts, remove into a steamer, turn on the heat and let sit for 8-10 minutes.
2. Remove the stem of Shiitake mushroom, cut Shiitake caps into dices or maintain the whole caps. 
3. Go seed of the red and green pepper, rinse off before slicing up.
4. In a hot wok, add a drizzle of oil, drop in Shiitake caps, steamed chestnuts and stir over high flame, then combine with half bowl of water, sprinkle with a dash of salt, a spoonful of light and dark soy sauce to season, cover the wok and braise for 10 minutes till almost evaporated.
5. Blend with green and red pepper slices, go on the heat till evaporated.
