Ingredients:
Half a carrot
2-3 Shiitake mushrooms
1 potato
A box of pure milk
Condiments: Salt and butter
Cooking directions:
1. Get rid of the stem of Shiitake mushroom, peel the carrot and thoroughly cook in a stew pot filled with boiling water. Then remove from the pot, coarsely dice up and set aside in a plate.
2. Remove the peel of potato, cut into chunks and steam till undoubtedly soft. After cooling down, mash it.
3. Remove mashed potato into a container, pour in moderate amount of HOT pure milk, a knob of butter and frequently press to combine till the thickness you want.
4. Blend with diced carrot and Shiitake mushroom, scatter with a pinch of salt and mix well. Serve and enjoy.
