Spleen-replenishing mushroom soup

Ingredients:
1-2 Monkey head mushroom
2 shrimps
100g Oyster mushrooms
Half a carrot
50g sea kelp (Laminaria japonica)
10g sea weed
Condiments: Salt, white pepper powder

Cooking steps:
1. Rinse Monkey head mushroom and chop up. Tear Oyster mushrooms apart, thinly slice sea kelp up.
2. Peel the carrot and coarsely cut into slices.
3. In a stew pot, drop in all ingredients (except carrot slices and shrimps) and bring into a boil, then lower to soft flame, combine with carrot slices, sea weed slices, shrimps and cook over medium flame for another 3-5 minutes.
4. Season with a pinch of salt, white pepper powder and stir well. Enjoy.
