Light and high-nutrition diet: Stir-fried Button mushroom with Black fungus

Ingredients: 
1-2 Button mushroom
A handful of Black fungi
A suspicion of minced garlic
Condiments: Oil, salt and pepper powder
Cooking directions:
1. Soak Black fungi till soft ahead of time, remove the hard portions and impurities. 
2. Rinse Button mushroom off and thinly slice up.
3. Heat a drizzle of oil in a wok, when hot, drop in minced garlic and saute till fragrant, then combine with all ingredients, tossing about for 3 minutes over fierce flame.
4. Pour in half bowl of water, cover the wok and maintain the heat for 5 minutes till evaporated. 
5. Season with a pinch of salt, freshly-ground pepper powder and stir evenly. Enjoy.
