Ingredients:
1 tomato
A handful of Oyster mushrooms
Condiments: Salt and sugar
Cooking procedures:
1. Prior to cooking, thoroughly rinse Oyster mushrooms to get rid of the impurities, tear mushrooms into small pieces and then go blanching.
2. Peel the tomato, coarsely chop up and set aside.
3. In a hot wok, add a drizzle of oil, once hot, drop in Oyster mushroom pieces and saute for 2-3 minutes over fierce heat, then blend with chopped tomato.
4. Finally sprinkle with a pinch of sugar, salt and mix evenly.
