Have a try at dinner: Crispy fried Black fungus

Ingredients:
A handful of dried Black fungi
An egg
A bowl of flour
Condiments: Salt and black pepper

Cooking steps:
1. Prior to cooking, soak dried Black fungi in advance till soft.
2. In a bowl, crack the egg, stir evenly and set aside.
3. In a wok, heat the oil and when oil temperature rises to 180 degrees Celsius, drop in Black fungi wrapped with egg liquid and flour in proper sequence, frying till golden.
4. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and grind over some black pepper in accordance with your preference.
