Ingredients:
5 Shiitake mushrooms
4-5 Bamboo fungi (Dictyophora indusiata)
2 ham slices
A handful of Chinese cabbages
Cooking directions:
1. Soak dried Shiitake mushrooms and Bamboo fungi in water ahead of time, then rinse off to remove the impurities.
2. Trim the cabbages, rinse and set aside.
3. In a stewpot, fill in boiling water, drop in all ingredients and stew for above 35 minutes, then blend with Chinese cabbages and allow for another 5-7 minutes. Enjoy.
