Stomach-nourishing eats: Shiitake and cucumber porridge

Ingredients:
Half bowl of raw rice
2-3 fresh Shiitake mushrooms
A carrot
A cucumber
A suspicion of bruised ginger
A dash of salt
Cooking directions:
1. Rinse the rice and then soak in water mixed with a spoonful of oil for half an hour.
2. Cut the bottom portion of Shiitake mushroom, rinse the cap and coarsely dice up.
3. Peel the carrot, cucumber and roughly cut into dices.
4. Cook the porridge, after bringing into a boil, drop in diced Shiitake mushroom, carrot and go on for another 5 minutes over medium and high flame. Then combine with cucumber dices, and sprinkle with a dash of salt to season. Enjoy.
