Ingredients:
A pack of Enoki mushroom
2 green peppers
1-2 cloves of garlic, coarsely minced
Condiments: Sugar, light soy sauce and pepper powder
Cooking steps:
1. Prior to cooking, cut off the root of Enoki mushroom, tear into individuals, rinse mushrooms off and drain off moisture.
2. Go seed of the green peppers, rinse and roughly slice up.
3. Heat the oil in a wok, drop in minced garlic and stir till fragrant, then blend with Enoki mushrooms and frequently toss about till soft. Finally let green pepper slices join in and lightly season with a pinch of sugar, white pepper powder and sprinkle with a spoonful of light soy sauce. Enjoy.
