Ingredients:
A pack of Crab mushroom (Known as Brown Shimeji mushroom)
An egg
150g water
Half bowl of soup stock, preferably homemade
A pinch of salt
Cooking directions:
1. Remove the bottom portion of Crab mushroom, break into individuals, rinse mushrooms off and set aside.
2. In a bowl, crack the egg and whisk evenly, then drop in Crab mushrooms, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and combine with half bowl of soup stock.
3. Remove the bowl into a steamer, fill in 3-4 bowls of boiling water, turn on the heat and maintain for 5-6 minutes over medium and high degree, then turn off the heat and let the bowl sit in steamer for another 3 minutes or so.
