Ingredients:
A pack of Crab mushroom
A spoonful of Garlic and Butter Sauce
1/2 spoonful of salad oil
A dash of salt
Directions:
1. Cut the root of Crab mushroom, rinse mushrooms off and lightly squeeze out excess moisture.
2. In a wok, add a little oil and heat up, then drop in Crab mushrooms, sprinkle with a spoonful of Garlic and Butter Sauce and saute for 3 minutes covering the wok.
3. Lightly season to taste with a dash of salt. Serve.
