In Jiangxi Province, both fresh and dried Agrocybe Cylindracea gain popularity by consumers and they also hold stable price.
Cultivation technology of Agrocybe Cylindracea shows strong inter-community, in Wangsheng Green Vegetable Cultivation Cooperative, each shed generally absorbs 80,000 bags, biological conversion rate reaches 88.8%, to calculate by the current market price of 12 CNY per kg on fresh form and 80-120 CNY on dried form, average annual income on each Agrocybe Cylindracea shed comes to above 160,000 CNY. Wangsheng Cooperative absorbs 5 Agrocybe Cylindracea sheds, annual production on dried Agrocybe Cylindracea hits 15,000 kg and annual sales income totals 1.3 million CNY.
