A pack of White beech mushroom
A suspicion of minced garlic
bonito soy sauce
An appropriate amount of bonito soy sauce
Cooking steps:
1. Cut off the root of White beech mushroom, tear mushrooms apart and rinse off, then go blanching for 2 minutes or so.
2. In a container, let White beech mushrooms sit in, top with minced garlic, sprinkle with an appropriate amount of bonito soy sauce and stir evenly. Serve.
