Relish with your family: Braised Oyster mushroom with wild rice shoots

Ingredients:
150g Oyster mushrooms
200g wild rice shoots
A green pepper 
An onion
Condiments: Salt, soup stock, water starch and oil

Directions:
1. Remove the stem of Oyster mushrooms, tear Oyster mushrooms into strips, peel the wild rice shoots and cut into dices, respectively go blanching of the two ingredients, remove with a slotted spoon and then set aside. (Reserve the blanching liquid.)
2. Peel the onion and coarsely dice it up, go seed of the green pepper and roughly slice up.
3. Heat a drizzle of oil in a wok, drop in onion dices and stir-fry till soft. Dump with the blanching liquid of Oyster mushroom, a bowl of soup stock and bring into a boil, then thicken with the mixture of water and starch, blend with Oyster mushroom strips, wild rice shoot dices and toss about till well-done.
4. Sprinkle with a dash of salt to adjust the taste.
