Ingredients:
1-2 taros
10 fresh Shiitakes
A handful of chopped shallot
Condiments:
8ml light soy sauce
2ml soy sauce
2g salt
Cooking directions:
1. Peel the taros, cut into dices and steam for 10 minutes or so till soft.
2. Remove the bottom portion of Shiitake mushroom, rinse mushrooms off and coarsely dice up.
3. Heat the oil in a wok, drop in a handful of chopped shallot and stir till fragrant, then blend with taro dices and toss about for above 5 minutes.
4. Let Shiitake dices join in, fill in half bowl of water and go on the heat till evaporated.
5. Lightly season with a pinch of salt, sprinkle with 8ml light soy sauce, 2ml soy sauce and stir evenly.
