Ingredients:
2 King oyster mushrooms
1 carrot
1 green pepper
A suspicion of minced garlic
Condiments: Light soy sauce, black pepper powder, salt and starch
Cooking directions:
1. Peel the carrot, go seed of the green pepper and then respectively cut into slices and dices.
2. Remove the bottom portion of King oyster mushroom, then roughly slice mushrooms up.
3. In a hot wok, add a drizzle of oil, drop in minced garlic and stir till fragrant, then blend with King oyster mushroom slices and stir-fry till the edges are yellowish.
4. Combine with carrot slices, diced green pepper and go on the heat for above 3 minutes.
5. Sprinkle with a spoonful of light soy sauce, thicken the dish with the mixture of water and starch.
6. Season to taste with a dash of salt, grind over some black pepper and mix evenly. Serve.
