Nutritious thick pumpkin and milk soup with mushrooms

Ingredients:
Half a pumpkin
250ml milk
250ml water
A corn
A pack of Oyster, Enoki and Crab mushroom

Simple Steps:
1. Cut the bottom portion of Oyster, Enoki and Crab mushroom, rinse mushrooms off and set aside.
2. Steam the pumpkin, remove into a container and mash it, then combine with 250ml of milk, water and mix evenly. Chop the corn into segments.
3. Blend with all mushrooms and corn segments, bring into a boil, then lower to soft flame and maintain for another 5-8 minutes till thick and fragrant. Serve while it is hot.
