Ingredients:
Half a white gourd
A carrot
2 Bamboo fungi
5-6 Straw mushrooms
Condiments: Salt and starch
Cooking steps:
1. Soak Bamboo fungi in water till soft, then go blanching, cut into small portions and set aside.
2. Peel the white gourd, carrot and respectively cut into chunks and dices.
3. Cut Straw mushroom in halves, rinse off under running water and go blanching.
4. In a stockpot filled with boiling water, drop in Bamboo fungus portions, Straw mushroom halves, carrot dices and stew for 10 minutes or so.
5. After that, thicken it with the mixture of water and starch, and scatter with a dash of salt to season. Enjoy.
