Ingredients:
200g wheat flour
2 eggs
1 carrot
A handful of dried Black fungi and chopped shallot
Condiments: Salt and oil
Directions:
1. Soak dried Black fungi ahead of time in cold water, then rinse off to remove the impurities, peel the carrot and chop the two ingredients.
2. In a container, blend with 200g of wheat flour, crack the eggs, combine with chopped carrot and Black fungi, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and mix evenly.
3. Heat the oil in a frying pan, when hot, lightly pour in the batter and fry till both sides are golden. Enjoy.
