Try this mushroom soup to warm up and nourish your stomach

Ingredients:
A pack of White beech and Crab mushroom
A King oyster mushroom
A few bruised ginger
Condiments: Salt and cooking wine
Directions:
1. Get rid of the bottom portion of White beech and Crab mushroom, break them apart and set aside.
2. Remove the root of King oyster mushroom and then cut mushroom body into slices. Rinse off and put aside.
3. Soak mushrooms in saline water for 10 minutes, remove with a slotted spoon and drain off water.
4. Heat a drizzle of oil in a wok, drop in bruised ginger and toss about till fragrant, then blend with all the mushrooms, sprinkle with a spoonful of cooking wine and stir-fry for above 3 minutes.
5. In a casserole, fill with boiling water and combine with fried White beech, Crab and King oyster mushrooms. After bringing into a boil, lower to soft heat and maintain for another 30 minutes covering the lid.
6. Before serving, scatter with a pinch of salt to season.
