Ingredients:
A pack of Enoki and Crab mushroom
A bundle of spinach
Condiments: Salt, olive oil and soy sauce
Procedures:
1. Cut the bottom portion of Enoki mushrooms, break apart the stuck-together stem pieces from each other by hand. Remove the root of Crab mushroom, rinse off and set aside.
2. Get rid of the root of spinach, rinse off and go blanching before cutting into segments.
3. Heat the olive oil in a wok, drop in Enoki, Crab mushrooms and stir-fry for a while (2-3 minutes), then blend with spinach segments and combine with half bowl of water, tossing about over medium and high heat.
4. Lightly season with a pinch of salt. Serve and enjoy.
