Canned Shiitake Sauce Products Enjoy Good Fames In Oversea Markets

On September 13, in production workshop managed by Hubei Pinyuan (Suizhou) Modern Agriculture Co., LTD, production of mushroom cans is in smooth process on sterile production lines.
“Now, we are taking all our strength to fulfill an order on 30,000 bottles of tin Shiitake sauce cans which will be exported to Bangkok, Thailand next month,” said vice general manager of the company passionately. “Canned Shiitake Sauce which is in brand of “Good Luck” is the key deep-processed product of Shiitake mushroom independently developed by our company, by now, export value on canned Shiitake sauce has reached 39.5 million USD.”
In 2011, Hubei Pinyuan (Suizhou) Modern Agriculture Co., LTD began to transform from dried Shiitake production to export of deep-processed Shiitake products. In 2016, under the technical support of Hubei University of Technology, Four-flavor Canned Shiitake sauce was successfully developed and launched by the company. Now, the product gains popularity and it is in huge requirement in oversea markets, by 2018, the projected export value is going to hit over 30 million USD while the company is positively applying for certification of FDA so as to make preparation for launching into American market.
