Stir-fried Crab mushroom with beef fillet, celery and apple

Ingredients:
A pack of Crab mushroom (Brown Shimeji mushroom)
An apple
A stick of celery
A bowl of beef fillet, coarsely diced
Condiments: Salt, oil, soy sauce, pepper powder and salt
Steps:
1. Pickle diced beef fillet with a spoonful of soy sauce and pepper powder ahead of time.
2. Trim the fibre of celery and coarsely cut into dices. Rinse off the apple and dice it up.
3. Heat a drizzle of oil in the wok, drop in celery dices, apple dices, beef fillet dices and stir over high flame for 4-5 minutes, then blend with Crab mushrooms and go on the heat for another 3 minutes.
4. Lightly season to taste with a dash of salt and pepper powder. Enjoy.
