Low-calorie diet: Fried King oyster mushroom with broccoli

Ingredients:
1 broccoli
1 King oyster mushroom
Condiments: Salt, oil and butter
Directions:
1. Cut off the stem of broccoli and discard, break it into chunks and then go blanching.
2. Thinly cut King oyster mushroom into slices and set aside.
3. Heat a knob of butter in a wok, drop in King oyster mushroom slices and saute till soft and golden.
4. Blend with broccoli chunks, season with a pinch of pepper powder, salt and mix evenly. Serve.
