New equipment: Microwave sterilization equipment in mushroom production

ⅠThe traditional sterilization methods including coal or electric heating, steam sterilizer, and autoclave, have some shortcomings, such as large investment on equipment, long sterilization time, outdated technology, too heavy equipment, environmental pollution, especially improper operation causing effective ingredients destruction and slow growth of mycelium. In order to overcome these shortcomings above, “microwave sterilization equipment for mushroom incubation material” (MSE) is designed and manufactured, mushroom quantitative production is to be realized. 
Ⅱ With 30 ~ 3000MHz frequency and 0.001~ 1m electromagnetic wavelength, MSE make material’s inner energy rise rapidly, risen temperature play a role of sterilization. Microwave sterilization can eliminate those viruses, fungi, bacteria, bacteria spores, fungal spores which can’t be eliminated by traditional sterilization methods, making incubation materials sterile, with 99% of successful inoculation rate.
