Ingredients:
A pack of Enoki mushroom
300g okra
Condiments: Soy sauce and oyster sauce
Three Steps:
1. Cut the bottom portion of Enoki mushrooms, break apart the stuck-together stem pieces from each other by hand. Rinse off and set aside.
2. Rinse okra off and cut into segments or dices, then go blanching for 3-4 minutes.
3. Heat a drizzle of oil in a wok, add Enoki mushrooms, okra dices and toss about for 3 minutes over medium flame, then sprinkle with a spoonful of soy sauce, oyster sauce and mix evenly. Turn off the heat. Enjoy.
