Sweet White Fungus and Egg Soup With Corn Kernels

Ingredients: 
A stick of corn
a cluster of White fungus
1 egg
Condiments: Oil and salt 

Steps:
1. Soak White fungus ahead of time, when soft, get rid of the base and tear into pieces.
2. Rinse the corn and break it into kernels. In a bowl, crack a raw egg and stir to bind together.
3. Fill a saucepan with boiling water, add a drizzle of oil and then drop in White fungus pieces, corn kernels and stew for 15-20 minutes or so over medium heat.
4. When White fungus pieces are thick and corn kernels have released the sweetness, pour in the egg liquid and quickly whisk with chopsticks. After bringing into a boil again, turn off the heat and season to taste with a pinch of salt. Serve.
