Ingredients:
1-2 sea cucumbers
1 broccoli
30g dried Shiitakes
Condiments: Salt, oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, starch, abalone sauce
Directions:
1. Soak sea cucumbers till soft, then cut up from the bottom to the top and remove the intestinal skin and inner membrance. Thoroughly rinse off and go blanching for 1-2 minutes.
2. Soak dried Shiitakes till soft ahead of time, remove the bottom portion and the impurities, squeeze out excess moisture and set aside.
3. Cut off the stem of broccoli and break it into chunks with hands, then go blanching in saline water and remove with a slotted spoon.
4. In a frying pan, heat a drizzle of oil, once hot, drop in Shiitakes and stir for 1-2 minutes. Then sprinkle with moderate oyster sauce, soy sauce, abalone sauce and mix evenly.
5. Blend with sea cucumbers, dump with 1 bowl of water and bring into a boil, then lower to soft heat and braise for 5 minutes or so till evaporated.
