Ingredients:
250g Straw mushrooms
1 green and red pepper
A few dried chili
Moderate minced garlic and bruised ginger
Condiments: Salt, oil
Directions:
1. Rinse Straw mushrooms off, cut into halves or slices and set aside.
2. Go seed of the red, green pepper and cut them into chunks.
3. Heat the oil over low heat, drop in chili and stir-fry till fragrant, then blend with green and red pepper chunks, tossing about for 2 minutes on high temperature.
4. Finally let Straw mushroom halves join in, lightly sprinkle with a pinch of salt and stir evenly. Enjoy.
