Feeling fulfilled: Oyster mushroom and egg soup with yam

Ingredients:
150g Oyster mushrooms
2 eggs
A stick of yam
Moderate chopped shallot
Condiments: Salt and black pepper powder

Steps:
1. Break apart the stuck-together stem of Oyster mushrooms from each other by hands, rinse off and set aside.
2. Crack the eggs and whisk evenly. Peel the yam and coarsely cut into strips which are approximately 5cm in length and 1cm in width.
3. In a stockpot with moderate boiling water, drop in yam strips and let sit for 3 minutes or so over medium and high heat, then blend with Oyster mushrooms and bring into a boil again.
4. Slightly and evenly pour in egg liquid. Lightly season to taste with a pinch of salt and black pepper powder. Before serving, sprinkle with a handful of chopped shallot to garnish.
