China: Situation on standardized Black fungus production in Heilongjiang Province

2. GENERAL DEVELOPMENT SITUATION OF BLACK FUNGUS INDUSTRY IN HEILONGJIANG PROVINCE OF CHINA:
PILLAR INDUSTRY: In 2017, gross capacity on mushroom production reached 8.1 billion bags within Heilongjiang Province, the same year, gross output on fresh mushroom came to 4.02 million tons, accounting for above 11% of China’s gross mushroom output, gross output value also attained 26 billion CNY. By 2020, the estimated output value is going to hit 30 billion CNY while Black fungus might occupy above 95% of output in Heilongjiang Province.
