Braised Shiitake and Black fungus with carrot slices

Ingredients:
A handful of dried Black fungi
A carrot
5-6 dried Shiitakes
Moderate ginger slices
Condiments: Oyster sauce and starch
Steps:
1. Soak dried Shiitakes and Black fungi ahead of time and then roughly slice up, reserve the upper soaking liquid, mix well with a dash of starch and oyster sauce.
2. Peel the carrot and coarsely slice it up.
3. In a wok, heat the oil, drop in ginger slices and stir for 2 minutes or so over fierce flame. Combine with carrot slices, go on the heat for another 2-3 minutes, then let Shiitake slices and Black fungi join in and sit for above 5 minutes.
4. Season to taste with the mixture of starch and oyster sauce. Finally scatter with a pinch of salt and stir evenly. Enjoy.
