Steamed Enoki mushrooms with minced garlic

Ingredients:
1 pack of Enoki mushroom (large)
Moderate minced garlic and chopped shallot
Condiments: Salt, oil, light soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar
Directions:
1. Cut the bottom 2-3 cm off of Enoki mushrooms, then cut them into quarters (with each quarter being 1/4 the mushroom's length). Break apart the stuck-together stem pieces from each other by hand. 
2. Prepare the garlic sauce: In a wok, heat the oil, drop in minced garlic and stir till fragrant over low heat, then sprinkle with a dash of sugar, salt and mix evenly.
3. In a plate where Enoki mushrooms orderly lie down, pour in garlic sauce, remove into a steamer with moderate boiling water and let sit for 6-8 minutes.
4. Lightly season to taste with a drizzle of light soy sauce and sesame oil. Finally scatter with a handful of chopped shallot to garnish, enjoy.
