Get a beauty boost with: Braised Oyster mushroom in oyster sauce

Ingredients:
A handful of fresh Oyster mushrooms
Moderate bruised ginger (to expel the cold air), chopped shallot and garlic slices
Condiments: Salt, chicken powder, oyster sauce and starch
Easy-to-follow directions:
1. Rinse Oyster mushrooms off, tear them into strips, go bleaching and remove from the wok with a slotted spoon.
2. In a wok, drizzle it with moderate oil, when hot, drop in chopped shallot, bruised ginger, garlic slices and stir till fragrant, then blend with Oyster mushrooms, sprinkle with moderate oyster sauce and toss about till mushrooms are soft and absorb the flavor.
3. Lightly adjust the taste with a dash of salt and chicken powder, combine with half bowl of water and finally thicken it with the mixture of water and starch if you like. Serve and enjoy.
